Helicopter Spirals Wildly into Palm Groves at Well-Known Southern California Shoreline
An aircraft hovering above a crowded California coastline abruptly commenced twirling wildly, finally losing altitude and crashing into a row of palm trees as beachgoers observed.
Footage shared online capture the helicopter beginning to twirl above the shoreline then falling in the direction of the border of the coast, where it ends up lodged between palm trees and a set of stairs near the shoreline route.
Rescue Operation Information
Local firefighters reported five individuals were rushed to the hospital comprising two individuals who were in the chopper and were “rescued from the debris” subsequent to the crash on Saturday.
Three individuals on the street were harmed. Details on their wounds were not yet released.
The cause of the crash was still under investigation.
